NFR (Not for Resale) terms

SecurEnvoy will provide the Distributor/Reseller with one full working copy of the Software for demonstration use only.

A Distributor/Reseller is a company that has signed the SecurEnvoy Partner Agreement to distribute/resell all or part of the SecurEnvoy Product range as per the Agreement

Whist the Distributor/Reseller remains an authorised SecurEnvoy Distributor/Reseller, this Software will be provided Free of Charge

The number of User Entitlements will be shown on the Licence Certificate above.

The use of this Software is subject to the Standard Licence terms and the following restrictions :-

  • The Distributor/Reseller is not entitled to resell the Software provided under this licence;
  • The Software may only be used by the staff of the Distributor/Reseller’s business excluding subsidiaries, branches or divisions.

Upon termination of this Agreement, the Distributor/Reseller agrees to return the Software to SecurEnvoy,

or purchase it at the current list price.

By Using the licence key issued above, the Distributor/Reseller accepts the above terms.
