When they established their Cloud services business in Cham, Switerland, co-founders Vito Critti and Sascha Carroccio immediately began looking for an authentication solution that would offer the right balance of security and convenience. Vito Critti explains: “We wanted to offer our customers two access options – standard access using a password and maximum security access using an extended login method with an additional SMS-based passcode.”
